The buyer pays and AirSwap holds the payment. You are notified to deliver.

Payment held

Send the airtime

Transfer the airtime to the buyer’s number from your phone.

Awaiting confirmation

Get paid

When the buyer confirms receipt, the payment is released to your wallet.

Most marketplace trades complete within minutes of delivery.

Disputes

  1. Open a dispute

    From the trade screen, choose Report a problem and describe what happened.

  2. Funds stay held

    The payment remains in escrow while the trade is under review.

  3. Our team decides

    We review the evidence from both sides and release or refund the payment.
